Thank you for your interest in THE ROCKS electronic giving (e-Giving) option. This page offers all the information you need to help you make full use of this facilty.

Q:      What are the benefits of  e-Giving?

A:    1.  It helps you to be more faithful/regular in your giving.
a. You can still give even if you forgot to bring money to church
b.  By setting up recurring payments, you can remain faithful to your commitment to give (e.g. tithes or Kingdom Builders) even when you are not physically at church."

2.  E-giving is also ideal for you who call THE ROCKS home, but for some reason (work schedule, health, or travel) don't attend very often. It will be easy for you to continue supporting THE ROCKS financially through e-giving.

3.  It makes managing your finance easier as your e-Giving  amount wil show up in your bank/ Credit Card statements.

4.  You may be able to earn Frequent Flyer Miles with your Credit Card giving plus you have 1 month to pay your giving interest free .

Q:     Is this Biblical?

A:    YES.The convenience and simplicity of e-Giving will be helpful to some to obey the Bible command to give regularly (1 Corinthians 16:2.) 

Q:    Aren’t you encouraging us to have debt by using Credit Card to give?

A:    No. In order to practice good stewardship, we would ask for you whenever possible to use your debit card  and  to only use a credit card if you can pay off your credit card bill in full each month. If you could use assistance or encouragement in managing debt and finances, please contact one of our staff.

Q:    O.K., now I’m convinced . What are my e-Giving options?

A:    1. Give by electronic transfer.
2. Take one of our  OFFERING ENVELOPES and fill-in your card details and put it in the offering bag.
3. Swipe your EftPos or Credit Card at the e-Giving table outside the church after the service.

Q:     How do I set up recurring giving  (e.g. Kingdom Builders/Tithes)?

A:    Simple. Just fill-in your details on the OFFERING ENVELOPE  and put it in the offering bag.

Q:     Is Online Giving available?

A:    NOT YET. We are considering different options to make sure that your online giving is safe and secure. You will be notified when this feature becomes available.
